Tiffany's Beach House

A gorgeous, spacious beach house with fantastic views and direct access to the beach. Set in a tropical indigenous garden with lawns sweeping down to gates leading directly onto the beach. The swimming pool situated behind the house is ideal for wind-free days around the pool.
Accommodation
The upper level accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. Sliding doors open onto a patio with stunning sea and garden views, ideal for various activities.
The living area extends onto the patio through double sliding doors, offering magnificent views.
On the ground floor, 4 bedrooms sleep 8 guests with shared full bathrooms. Positioned for sea or tropical garden views, they’re great for families with small children.
Luxury amenities include 100% white cotton linen, bath towels, and beach towels.
The ground floor features an expansive open-plan living area with a built-in TV unit. A 12-seater dining table and a well-equipped server are provided, with double sliding doors opening onto a patio with beautiful sea and garden views. Loungers are available for relaxation, with a beach gate providing direct access.
Pool Life
There is a swimming pool positioned on the second level. This area is protected by the wind which is ideal for BBQ’s and casual days lazing around the pool. A wooden table, chairs and large umbrella make this a wonderful spot for long lazy lunches. Gas and charcoal braai available.
The well equipped kitchen is also positioned on the second level and leads out onto the pool courtyard – ideal for barbecue access.
The kitchen is fitted with a hob and double oven, twin fridges, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine.
At The Beach
A charming deck, furnished with benches, crafted from railway sleepers, and a table, provides an idyllic vantage point to observe surfers, kite surfers, passing pods of dolphins, and majestic whales.
It’s an ideal spot to witness the enchanting sunrise or the mesmerizing moonrise casting a shimmering silver pathway across the sea.
Great swimming at well known “Tiffany’s” reef is directly in front of the house. The reef allows for amazing free diving and crayfishing in season.
There are lovely rock pools nearby for children to potter and excellent mussel picking in season.
Lovely beach walks over rocks to the north and wide beaches to the south.
Large beach umbrellas, picnic baskets and cooler boxes provided for long days spent on the beach.
Summers are delightfully warm and winters are mild and pleasant
Kicking back
The bar area is equipped with a bar fridge, hob and work area making this easy for entertaining on the top level.
The smart TV provides for fun days of sport viewing or cozy evenings lounging on the sofa.
Fully Serviced
Rental includes live-in housekeeping. Laundry services included T&C’s apply. Weekly garden and pool maintenance
IPSS Security 24/7 reaction team. The house offers internal and external zoned beams and security gate and burglar guards.
The house does not currently get effected by load shedding. In the event of a power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in each room. UPS unit to power Wi-Fi, cell phones and laptops. UPS last for about 4-5 hours depending on how many devices are plugged in. 1 x Cadac 2 plate hob, a gas webber and 2 charcoal outdoor braai.

Local favorite spots include Mi Acai – a surf health smoothie cafe and coffee bar.
A delicious curry at Salt Rock Hotel.
Pangeli – poke bowls and sushi.
Cafe Turka for delicious shawarmas.
Captains Fines for fresh fish and chips, all in walking distance.
A little further afield are Salt Cafe for excellent pizza.
Woolworths and Checkers are a short drive away along with Spar, Tops liquor store and Wozza meat for excellent cuts for the braai.
King Shaka Airport is a 20 minutes drive.
Local flavour
Cindy’s supply the best Samoosas and take away curries on the north coast and also supply a range of pickles and preserves and fresh home-grown vegetables. Fresh fish and prawns can also be ordered in advance.
Further afield
Cutie Patootie is another favorite spot for little ones to play – based at Sage Centre which also offers an array of specialty shops and resultant and a play area for little ones.
The Ballito Market is on every Saturday and Sunday.
Lifestyle Centre in Ballito provides an array of fashion boutiques, sports shop, a health shop and a market area packed with restaurants and cafe’s, a bakery, live music and entertainment.
Flag Farm is a wonderful outing for children where they get to feed the animals and ride the ponies.
Salt Rock Hotel Club offers tennis and paddle.
